The Bookflexy website provides general information about our bookkeeping services. Information here is not financial, tax, or legal advice and should not be relied on as such.

Bookkeeping engagements

Bookkeeping services are governed by a separate engagement letter signed at onboarding. The engagement letter describes scope, fees, term, termination, and the responsibilities of both parties.

Bookkeeping services

Bookflexy provides bookkeeping services: reconciliation, transaction categorization, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Bookkeeping is not a federally licensed activity in the United States.

Tax services

Bookflexy is not a CPA firm, Enrolled Agent, or law firm. We do not prepare or file tax returns and do not represent clients before the IRS. We keep your books tax-ready and work alongside your CPA or EA.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by Bookflexy or licensed to us. You may share links to our content. You may not republish substantial portions without permission.
