We use your information to provide bookkeeping services, keep your books tax-ready ahead of filing deadlines, communicate with you about your engagement, send invoices, and improve our service.
Disclosure of your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: your CPA or EA where you have consented, software providers (QuickBooks, Xero) used to deliver services, service providers acting on our behalf (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Resend, Calendly/SavvyCal), and regulators where required by law.
Storage and security
Your data is held in cloud accounting platforms with their own security controls, and within secure US-based cloud systems (Vercel). All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of certain data sharing.
