Cannot see your industry?
We work with most US small businesses. If your vertical is not on the list, the work usually still fits one of the templates above.
Why industry specificity matters in bookkeeping
Contractors have job costing, mileage logs, and 1099 subs. Allied health practitioners carry a mixed insurance payer reimbursement model. Real estate agencies have state trust and escrow account rules that change line by line between Texas, California, and Florida. Construction handles progress billing, retainage, and 1099-NEC reporting. Hospitality runs on tip reporting and POS reconciliation.
None of those are abstract. Each shows up in the daily reconciliation work, in the tax-ready prep, in the year-end pack handed to your CPA or EA. When the bookkeeper knows the rules, the work is right the first time. When the bookkeeper does not, errors creep in and someone (usually the owner) has to clean them up later.
We carry the angle for each of the 31 verticals into the daily work. Onboarding for a contractor covers the mileage log setup. Onboarding for an allied health practice covers the payer mix. The work does not look the same across industries because the rules are not the same.
Pricing for industry-specific bookkeeping
Pricing follows the same logic as everywhere else on the site: transaction count, software, filing rhythm, payroll size, and industry-specific compliance work. Each industry page carries its own pricing notes; the quote form gives you a real number for your specific business.
